Some time back, I read an article comparing male and female bosses. There was also a poll taken regarding which gender people usually prefer to be their boss. As expected, most prefer male bosses. However, having both male and female bosses, past and present, I felt that there is no difference. Maybe it's just a matter of perception after all. Whatever the case, it is usually the female bosses who would have to work doubly hard to prove their worth.

And I guess, this doesn't only apply to women who are bosses.
